Cooling-off period

When you order from us online, you are entitled to a cooling off period after dispatch, when you can return your goods without any penalty. Our cooling off period is 14 days, which includes any statutory cooling off period.  This period starts the day the contract is agreed (i.e. you receive an email from us saying we have dispatched your order) and ends 14 days after the day following delivery of the goods. The items may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt of the items. Receipt of the items is deemed to be the date on which the carrier used says that they delivered the item.

Certain items are excluded from the cooling off period guarantee, unless we are at fault. These are personalized or engraved items. Due to the public health regulations, we do not accept returns on earrings.

Returning goods

If you wish to return goods you have a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until you return them. To take advantage of this guarantee, you must ensure that the jewellery is returned to as new, this means that:

•    you must not remove the identification tag that is attached to the jewellery;
•    you must not have altered the jewellery - for example, we cannot accept returns of rings that have been re-sized;
•    you must return the jewellery in all its original packaging;
•    you must ensure that the outer packaging is sufficient to protect the jewellery in transit.

Please note certain goods cannot be returned unless we are at fault. These are personalized or engraved items.


Provided that your jewellery is received by us as new, we will process your refund within 30 days of receiving your returned jewellery. We do not refund the cost of the original delivery charges or the return delivery charges.

When we receive the item returned to us for refund and are satisfied with its condition and the reason for return, we will process a refund for the full amount that was paid for the item in the same form of payment, and account, originally used for the purchase.

In the unlikely event that the item you bought develops a fault within a short and reasonable period from receipt then you can return it to us and, if we find it to be faulty, we shall exchange it for you. If, however, the fault is due to excessive wear or accidental damage you will not be eligible for an exchange. If it is found to be faulty we shall also refund your postal expenses in the form of a cheque. Please note we cannot make any concrete promises to exchange an item, or issue a postal refund, until we have seen and assessed the item.
